PART 1: Assessing your Strengths, Interests and Values

This course will help you identify your professional strengths, interests, and values. It will help you to understand what it is that you are good at and what tasks you enjoy. Then you can find ways to leverage your strengths to boost your self-confidence and performance plus make your work feel fun and engaging. You will also consider what is important to you and how your core values can be infused in your workday, giving you a greater sense of purpose. By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of your strengths, interests, and values which will empowers you to make career choices that align with your authentic self.

PART 2: Preparing for an Interview

In this module you will be taken through a range of tips and suggestions that will help you to confidently prepare for an interview. The module will focus on helping you to understand what the interviewer is looking for and how you can prepare questions and answers for an interview. These tips and suggestions can be applied across a range of interview types, and by using AR technology, you get the chance to practice your interview technique, so that you can be confident and ready for the real event (The Zappar App can be downloaded on phone from Playstore or iTunes).

PART 3: How to have a Great Interview

A great interview has several parts. In this course you will further explore the importance of being prepared as well as how you need to take into account your personal appearance and body language so that you can present your best self during an interview. This module will also offer you advice on how and when to follow up on your interview. AR scenarios are included in this module to help you apply your knowledge.
